Delivery Policy

Delivery within Australia is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays for interstate and Northern deliveries, and Thursdays for local deliveries. Delivery will depend where the order is to be shipped to. For Brisbane district it will be the same day or the next day.

Delivery is confirmed within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order.

Delivery times during peak periods such as Christmas may be subject to delays.

We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 1-4 days in most cases.

We are unable to send our plants to Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.

We do not accept responsibility for any damages to the plants during shipping.

Delivery Information

All our plants are grown in a soilless medium that is designed for maximum water retention. They are watered thoroughly before being carefully loaded onto trucks or packaged into their boxes ready for shipping. Plants that are travelling by road freight are secured in an upright position, providing the plant height allows. If delivery is within our local area* our taller plants are secured on an angle to fit inside the truck.

For delivery outside our local area*, the trucks have an internal maximum height allowance of about 3m. Most of our products will fit into this space, as they have the ability to flex over. For our more advanced products that are 4m or more in height, there may be an increase in freight charge to some areas. This can be avoided by cutting the plants down in height, so that they stand freely.

Road Freight

Our preferred method of shipping is through the use of specialised plant delivery services. There are a number of companies that we can use to freight our plants to most major destinations, from Cairns in Far North Queensland, right around to Adelaide in South Australia, and including Canberra.

To transport our plants into the Northern Territory or Western Australia we use general (non-plant specialised) freight carriers.

Unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to send our plants to Tasmania.

For advanced plants over 3m in height that are travelling outside of our local region*, the freight price may be doubled depending on the number and size of the plants. This can be avoided if the plants are cut down to 3m. Please contact us if you wish to choose to have your plants cut down in height.

Dispatch for road freight is Mondays and Thursdays, with delivery time dependent on the destination.

Collection

Plants can also be collected. Please contact us to arrange a day and time.
